On the Best Buy site, they mention that this product contains perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). Do you have any knowledge of this on the Ninja or other brands?

Can the hopper be locked to remove and change for a second with decaf beans?

Hello,
Having read your review, I decided it was worth trying this machine. Before purchasing it I wanted to find out whether or not the brewing temperature for drip coffee conformed to the 195 to 205°F recommendation from the NCA. I tried reaching out via Amazon to ninja and could not get an answer. Not sure if it’s a trade secret, but I was hoping that if you were going to be doing a more in-depth review, you might be able to get that information out of them. All I can find out is that they have three dots for temperature control based on the type of coffee that you’re brewing doesn’t help me a lot. I’m hoping you can find out also I’m happy to provide feedback on this machine once I get it up and running thanks for your time Ted Garofola.
