The key with the Turkish coffee maker is the grind, even more so than the coffee. This year I’m using the MHW-3Bomber F74 Navigator grinder which can do a proper “coarse” turkish grind (finer than any other electric grinder I’m currently testing); in years past, I’ve been using manual grinders for the task, most notably the 1Zpresso X-Ultra. For the coffee, I use Social Coffee’s Pleasant Uprising blend which is a medium roast and works well in the turkish method.

He gets the results of my obsession, when I make his coffee each AM, so he feeds it by finding cool and different coffee things I can use.
