It really is a great looking machine– I really hope they can stick the landing on the performance side like they did with the Fellow Aiden. I got to try a shot pulled from it at the show and it was quite tasty, but I’d love to try it myself.

And “PFAS-free and BPA-free plastics” is NOT reassuring after hearing a number of reports claiming the alternative plastics being used are just as toxic if not more. So if hot water for espresso is running through plastic tubing, that would be a dealbreaker for me.
