  1. This article is an absolute goldmine of information on this new grinder! I’ve already shared it in three different espresso group chats because I know so many people who need to read this. The way you structured everything made it so easy to follow along, even for someone like me who doesn’t have much background in this area. I think my purchase decision has been made.

  2. Love this grinder. Very high quality hefty build, and excellent design and engineering. The auto reverse function is a particularly useful feature. The burrs are big and grind beans nice and fluffy. In the cup, expect espresso and pour overs with great taste, body, depth and sweetness. The ionizer does its job well. Put 15 lbs of seasoning beans through the grinder and no clogging. Lower rpm speeds can lead to jams with light roasted beans (auto reverse usually takes care of that problem). Slow feeding recommended with light roasts at lower rpm’s. Surprisingly compact size. Very quiet motor. Burrs are easy to access and clean, although retention is virtually nil inside the grind chamber. Burr alignment with this grinder is not a problem owing to its construction and design. This grinder plays in the big leagues with grinders costing 2-3 times more. At its price point I don’t think it really has any competition.
